The Postsmith is an AI-powered platform for creating social media posts that allows:

• Generate content for LinkedIn, Reddit, X (Twitter) and other social networks
• Create posts using artificial intelligence based on topics and tones
• Train AI models to learn your writing style
• Store and organize your post library
• Calendar view for post management

3. User Account

3.1 Account Creation

To use our service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur in your account. You must notify us immediately about any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to NOT use the service for:

• Illegal or unauthorized activities
• Creating harmful, offensive, discriminatory or inappropriate content
• Generating spam or misleading content
• Violation of intellectual property rights
• Interference with the functioning of the service
• Attempting to abuse or circumvent AI limitations
• Using the service to harass, threaten or harm others
• Creating content that violates platform policies of social networks

5. AI Usage and Responsibilities

5.1 AI-Generated Content

Our service uses artificial intelligence to generate social media content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• We are not responsible for the content generated by AI
• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors or inappropriate material
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication
• You must ensure that AI-generated content complies with all applicable laws and platform policies

5.2 Prohibited AI Usage

It is expressly prohibited to abuse our AI system. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Attempting to generate illegal, harmful or offensive content
• Using the AI to create discriminatory or hate speech
• Exploiting the system to generate excessive amounts of content
• Attempting to reverse engineer or manipulate AI algorithms
• Training the AI with inappropriate or illegal content

5.3 Consequences of AI Misuse

If we observe any misuse of our AI system, we will immediately suspend your account without prior notice and without refund. This decision is final and non-negotiable.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

6.1 Plans and Prices

We offer different subscription plans. Prices may be changed with 30 days notice.

6.2 Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions are automatically renewed. You can cancel at any time through the control panel.

6.3 Refunds

You retain the rights over the data you upload to our platform, but we grant you a license to process this data as necessary to provide the service.

8. Privacy

9. Limitation of Liability

The Postsmith will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

We provide the service "as is" and "as available", without any warranties of any kind.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time.

In case of termination, you will have limited access to export your data for a period of 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you about significant changes by email or through the service.

12. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Brazil.
